Janet Jacobs - President

Janet L. Jacobs serves Commercial Trust as President and Trust Officer. A native of Fayette, Janet earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Central Methodist College, now Central Methodist University, in 1977, and her Master of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1980. She continued her financial education at the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, and Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
A lifelong supporter of the Fayette community, Janet is an active participant as a member of the Central Methodist University Board of Trustees, Howard County Community Foundation Board of Directors, the Fayette Rotary Club, a Past President of the Optimist Club of Fayette, the Ashby-Hodge Gallery of American Art Board of Directors, the Thompson Foundation for Autism Board of Directors, the Fayette Armstrong Area Betterment Association, and the Fayette High School/Central Methodist University Unity Award Board of Advisors.
Gina Sanders - Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer

As a native and lifelong resident of Glasgow, Gina M. Sanders chose to begin her banking career in the Howard County area in 1987, and joined Commercial Trust as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer in 1998. She currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. A specialist in real estate, commercial, and consumer loans, Gina also serves on the Commercial Trust Company Board of Directors. She is an active member of the Fayette Rotary Club and the Fayette Armstrong Area Betterment Association, and also serves on the Howard County Community Foundation Board of Directors.
Gina is involved in many facets of the Glasgow community, and she is particularly active in the Glasgow Booster Club, which supports many extracurricular and sports activities for all ages of students within the Glasgow school system.
Kyle Elliott - Chief Executive Officer & Chief Financial Officer

As an experienced investment advisor, Kyle Elliott offers clients a full range of financial services, including retirement planning, education planning, insurance needs, and estate planning. A graduate of the University of Central Missouri, he also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri and a degree from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. Since joining Commercial Trust in 1992, Kyle now serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer with over twenty years of banking experience and has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Economics at Central Methodist University.
A lifelong resident of Howard County, Kyle is also actively involved in a wide variety of community and philanthropic activities in the area, including the Fayette Rotary Club, the Fayette Optimist Club, and the Fayette Armstrong Area Betterment Association.
Julie McAnelly - Vice President
Julie McAnelly is Vice President and the Operations Manager at Commercial Trust. A native of Fayette, she graduated from Central Methodist University in Fayette in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Julie started her banking career with Commercial Trust in 2011 and has gained banking experience by serving as a teller and Customer Service Supervisor. She currently operates as the Bank Secrecy Act Officer, aids in marketing development, implementation of deposit Information Technology, and is a member of the Trust Board at Commercial Trust.
Julie is an active supporter of the Howard County Community; she serves in many leadership roles and enjoys strengthening her community. She is involved in The Fayette Common Fund, Central Methodist University Alumni Board of Directors, The Fayette Optimist Club, Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, Glasgow Main Street, Columbia Chamber of Commerce, and Columbia Women's Networking.
Jill Chipley - Vice President
Jill Chipley is Vice President and Loan Administration Supervisor at Commercial Trust in Fayette. A resident of Howard County, she began her banking career in 2007. Beginning as a teller, Jill has enjoyed learning many different aspects of banking over her career. Since joining Commercial Trust in 2015, she now focuses on Lending Compliance and Administration, and Information Technology and Cyber Security.
Taylor McCann - Loan Officer
Taylor grew up in a big city in Toledo, OH. She has family from Missouri, and later moved to Fayette, MO to play volleyball and study at Central Methodist University. She worked as a part-time Teller at Commercial Trust Company where she found her passion for banking. After graduating from CMU with a Bachelor of Science in 2012, Taylor and her husband, Travis McCann, moved to Southeast Missouri where she continued her passion for banking as a Loan Processor. After a few years in Southeast MO, Taylor and her husband returned back to Fayette, where she happily returned to her position as a full-time Loan Officer at Commercial Trust Company.
Taylor has now been with Commercial Trust Company for over 3 years. She feels that her experience in working in many different departments of the bank has equipped her to better serve customers and help them find the best product for their situation.
Taylor has a daughter, Lettie, who keeps her busy outside of work. She enjoys time with her daughter, participating in community events, being outdoors, fishing and spending time with her friends and family.
Courtney Neville - Loan Officer
Courtney Neville joined the Commercial Trust Company family in August of 2017. Starting as a teller she soon moved to the loan administration portion of the bank. That’s when she found her passion for banking. Courtney enjoys the everyday communication with our customers and appreciates the ability to make friends with our patrons. She values building relationships and giving back to the community. Courtney can’t wait to welcome both new and familiar faces to CTC and assist in your banking needs.
